Give that special photograph the impressive Western presentation it deserves with this large handcrafted cowhide portrait frame. Designed to hold a 16 × 20 photograph, this substantial frame makes a beautiful focal point for a Western living room, ranch house, bedroom, office or entryway. The frame is constructed from rustic wood and shown finished in a rich Dark Mahogany stain. Genuine hair-on cowhide accents add natural Western texture, while the distinctive scalloped detailing gives the frame a more decorative, upscale appearance than a traditional rustic wood picture frame. Individually applied decorative nailhead tacking outlines the design and provides a beautiful finishing detail. The example shown features Nickel tacking, while French Natural is another available tacking option. This generous frame is especially well suited for photographs you really want to showcase—family portraits, wedding photographs, horse and rider portraits, rodeo photography, ranch photographs or favorite Western artwork. Size Holds: 16 × 20 photograph or artwork Overall size: approximately 24 × 28 Because genuine cowhide and rustic wood are natural materials, variations in hide pattern, coloring and wood grain are expected. Those natural differences are part of the beauty of the piece and help make every finished frame unique. Want something coordinated specifically with your home? Custom sizes and hide selections are available, allowing us to create a frame that works beautifully with your existing Western décor. Questions or need help selecting your cowhide or tacking?
